Installation Management Manager (PEN001958)

This position description is subject to change atany time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The InstallationManagement Manager (IMM) shall oversee and be responsible for all InstallationManagement Flight tasks and requirements as defined in Program Action Directive(PAD) 12-03 Implementation of Enterprise-Wide Civil Engineer Transformation andthe Programming Plan (P-Plan) for Implementation of Enterprise-Wide CivilEngineer Transformation (PAD 12-03), Volumes 1-3, Revision 1 (except thosetasks and requirements specifically excluded from this contract) plus anyadditional installation management services tasks and requirements as definedin this contract. The IMM is required to be available to meet with theFunctional Director (FD) and/or the Contracting Officer within 2 hours afternotification/request during duty hours to discuss any matter related to the responsibilitiesof the contract.

The IMM shalldemonstrate interpersonal, analytical and communication (written and verbal)skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a diverse and dynamicenvironment with short-notice under high pressure situations.

MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES: Pleaselist by order of priority and, if possible, provide the percentage of timespent on the activity all should equal 100%.

  1. Responsible for all InstallationManagement Flight tasks and requirements as defined in Program Action Directive(PAD) 12-03 Implementation of Enterprise-Wide Civil Engineer Transformation andthe Programming Plan (P-Plan) for Implementation of Enterprise-Wide CivilEngineer Transformation (PAD 12-03), Volumes 1-3, Revision 1 (except thosetasks and requirements specifically excluded from the contract).

  2. Provide professional expertise tomaintain information management systems, AF real property records and actions,industrial controls, and provide records management services for the civilengineering division.

  3. Ensure all newly constructed orrenovated facilities that result in new equipment are properly inventoried

  4. Performs other duties and assignments asrequired.

MATERIAL & EQUIPMENTDIRECTLY USED:

Personalcomputer, MS Office, and other general office equipment.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

Work isgenerally conducted in an office environment and could include work at project locations.Duties, however, may involve work outdoors with potential exposure to extremeclimatic conditions.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:

Work mayrequire stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and workingwith or in areas where a potential exists for exposure to physical dangers andchemical or hazardous agents. May be required to wear Personal ProtectiveEquipment (PPE).



Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor'sdegree.

Experience:

  1. A minimum of 10 years' experience inreal property management and accounting in DoD.

  2. Ability to obtain a DOD SecretClearance.

Skills:

  1. Mustpossess excellent computer, interpersonal, and oral and written communicationskills.

  2. Knowledgeof construction management software, project closeout procedures, preventivemaintenance, construction and repair processes

  3. Demonstratedknowledge in estimating processes/ techniques for determining labor andmaterials for design/ build, O&M and/ or logistics services.

SUPERVISORY/BUDGETRESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervises employeesdirectly and indirectly. Manages multiple tasks.
