Duties and Responsibilities Plan new or modified installations consistent with standard specifications and local electrical codes. Troubleshoot, repair and service customer equipment by diagnosing problems. Answer customer inquiries or provide training regarding repair questions. Schedule service, repair, and preventative maintenance work. Prepare documentation regarding work performed and enter in computer. Prepare repaired/serviced customer equipment for shipping. Rebuild used equipment for resale.
