Clariant is seeking a Production Operator for its Belen, New Mexico location. We are hiring for both 1st and 2nd shifts, the starting rate for this role is $17.33 per hour!


  • Performs RM testing of product
  • Maintains operational data log
  • Meets production quantity standards
  • Checks product for work order specification before and during production
  • Maintains housekeeping in department areas as needed
  • Abides by all safety rules and regulations


  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-3 months minimum experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Operating various machines and equipment is preferred
  • Ability to complete simple mathematic calculations; read, write, comprehend and follow instructions and work documents in English
  • Must be flexible with regards to shift changes, weekend work and schedule rotations
  • Computer literacy a plus
  • Able to perform & complete manual tasks as required; must have the ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in English
