This position is being recruited at an open rank, and open track; salary and rank commensurate with qualifications and experience.

There are two current fellowship trained pediatric urologists within the UNM Division of Urology who provide services for the entire state of New Mexico. The division also includes fellowship-trained and specialized urologists within the fields of oncology, reconstruction, robotics, endourology and renal transplantation. Pediatric clinical services are provided through the main UNM Hospital, Carrie Tingley Outpatient Clinics and Pediatric operating room in a separate wing, but attached to main adult hospital. The UNM Health Science Center (HSC) is the largest academic health complex in the state of New Mexico and is the only Level 1 trauma center. It is the state's only site for urologic residency training. Located on the University of New Mexico campus in beautiful Albuquerque, NM, the HSC combines its four mission areas - educations, research, patient care and community outreach - to provide New Mexicans with the highest level of health care.

New Mexico is known as the Land of Enchantment; the city of Albuquerque is a beautiful city with mountain to the east and a mesa to the west.
