The Anderson School of Management's Undergraduate Academic Programs at the University of New Mexico anticipates hiring Adjunct Faculty to teach undergraduate courses in Fall 2023.
Departmental needs at this time may be best served by the hiring of temporary part-time faculty whose specialties are in the areas of career skills, professional development, and various business topics courses within undergraduate programs.

Anderson is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) International and is one of the few programs in the world to attain both an Accounting and Business Accreditation from AACSB. We offer BBA and MBA degrees; a Master of Accountancy; Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Business Analytics; and a Master of Science in Project Management. Positions are contingent upon need each semester as determined by student enrollment levels, current course offering matrix, and demand driven by graduation requirements. Positions may be filled or eliminated each semester up to the deadline for students to drop or add courses. Candidates who are selected for these positions will report to the Department Chair.
Wages
Adjunct Faculty at Anderson School of Management are currently compensated on the basis of their credentials and credit hour course loads. The typical pay rate for new Adjunct Faculty ranges between $3,899.17 - $5,570.24 per 3-credit hour course. For courses with less than 3 credit hours, the respective rates will be pro-rated based on the credentials and experience of the candidate.
