Provides and oversees direct dental diagnosis, treatment, procedures, and care for a specified patient population.
Doctorate degree in Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities; or enrollment in a Dental Residency Program. Certification/Licensure Current Licensure from New Mexico Board of Dental Health Care.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
