Now hiring Government Programs Outreach Coordinator

Assists with all aspects of planning, preparation, and execution of acquisition, retention, and outreach events. Regularly interacts with and assists customers at Presbyterian community events; provides backup support for service- and business-recovery outbound call campaigns. Maintains inventory of materials and collateral for acquisition, retention, and special events. Prepares compliant print materials and collateral. Responsible for accurate and timely data entry for departmental analytical reporting

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma (G.E.D.) and a minimum of two years experience required in event coordination, inventory management, and providing direct support to a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively; strong customer service skills required. Bilingual a plus. Must be flexible and have strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize and manage a high-volume workload.
  • Ability to multitask and to function effectively in a high-stress environment.
  • Ability to make decisions that are varied but are usually confined to situations which are similar.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and database programs with ability to create, sort and maintain reports.
  • Must provide own transportation.
  • Must have a New Mexico driver s license and maintain a good driving record.
  • Ability to lift 35-70 pounds regularly.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for pre-event preparation of materials and collateral; ensures that materials provided are compliant with all CMS, OSI, and HSD regulations and work unit expectations. Responsible for maintaining inventory of prospect and member materials, and event collateral.
  • Effectively interacts and engages customers at Presbyterian outreach events contributing to an Excellent Member Experience that results in enhanced member loyalty and retention.
  • Works closely with team to identify and schedule appropriate facilities for events; assists with event set-up, breakdown, and transportation of event supplies. Assists with preparation of member advisory board meetings and special events.
  • Provides backup support for service- and business-recovery initiatives; contacts members to increase participation at education and special events.
  • Documents activities in appropriate applications using Facets, Access, MS Word, Excel, or similar databases as appropriate.
  • Other duties as assigned.
