Job Description
Responsibilities

Education: High school diploma;

Licensure/Cert: IT related certs preferred

Required: Basic troubleshooting for Windows and Apple, Basic troubleshooting of mobile devices, network troubleshooting and Microsoft Apps.

Ability to troubleshoot issues remotely, type a min 20 words/min;

Preferred: Experience using Active Directory to manage accounts; exp w/ ticketing systems.
