Organization: Center of Southwest Culture

Location: 505 Marquette Ave NW Ste 1610, Albuquerque, NM 87102

An Off Campus Work Study Position - MUST have a Work-Study Award

Part-time assistant to the Director of Finance in the management of the Center of Southwest
Culture's finances. Center of Southwest Culture is a 501(c)(3) non-profit in Albuquerque working
to develop healthy Indigenous and Latino communities through economic development and
cultural and educational work.

Assist Director of Finance and CSC Program Mangers in:

* Filing, copying, scanning
* Organize payroll timesheets and review for errors
* Maintain basic accounting records
* Use basic accounting math and Excel software
* Social Media curation/scheduling
* Contacting program participants for feedback/surveys

The position is roughly 15-20 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications

Skills/ Experience:
* Some knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping practices is preferred.
* Must be familiar with Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
* Must speak Spanish and have an aptitude or interest in math or business.
* Must be comfortable working in an office environment.
