Requisition ID req28027 Working Title Academic Coordinator - Physical Therapy Position Grade 10 Position Summary

Plans and coordinates the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program.
This position will coordinate the recruitment, admissions, evaluation and purchasing for students and faculty. The employee will assist in scheduling, and provide associated support services to faculty and staff. Duties typically include planning and administration, program implementation and administration, internal and external operational/administrative outreach and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft office Excel
  • Experience with Social Media Platforms
  • Experience working with students in a graduate level program
  • Experience with UNM Purchasing, including ChromeRiver and LoboMart
