The Facilities Department in the College of University Libraries seeks a Facilities Coordinator to assist with the relocation of library materials. The hours Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM onsite work, no remote options. The new Faculties Coordinator will assist the Facilities Department with relocating a large quantity of library materials to the South Campus Repository along with the duties and responsibilities in this classification. Need to have a valid driver license with the ability to drive large transport vehicles with the ability to lift over 50lbs. There will be many shipping and receiving duties assigned while assisting the Facilities Department with various projects.

Conditions of Employment
  • A valid New Mexico driver's license will be required if a motor vehicle must be operated on the job.
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer, pre-employment physical examination and medical history check.
  • Employees who provide services or work in patient care or clinical areas are required to be in compliance with the University's influenza vaccination requirement.
  • If located at the UNM Children's Campus, successful candidate must pass a comprehensive post-offer, pre-employment criminal and New Mexico Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD) fingerprint background check, and a continued successful status will be verified by periodic future background checks.
  • All regular, non-temporary positions assigned to this classification are represented by a labor union and subject to the terms and conditions of the US-UNM Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
