Description:

STV has an exciting opportunity for an experienced ERP Systems Analyst with a specialization in system implementations. Reporting to the IT Director of Business Systems, you will play a pivotal role in the successful migration and integration of our ERP system, specifically focusing on data mapping, extraction, and transformation from our current ERP to Deltek Vantagepoint. This is a hybrid role that combines ERP administration with a specialized focus on implementing our new ERP.

Upon the successful implementation of our new ERP, you will provide day-to-day support and assist in the overall administration of STV's ERP system using both technical and functional skills. You will help us to continue to provide a highly valuable and trusted platform across the organization, and to ensure the ERP and its related systems, integrations, and reports are in line with the business's requirements.

This position is designated as hybrid (in the office 3 days/week). The preferred location for this position is our Douglassville, PA or Newark, NJ office, but we will consider qualified candidates located within commuting distance of any STV office in the Eastern and Central time zones.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the data mapping, extraction, and translation activities from the current ERP to Deltek Vantagepoint.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT team members to define business requirements for data migration and integration.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of Deltek Vantagepoint.
  • Conduct and oversee testing of data migration processes, enhancements, and conversions.
  • Document the data cleansing process/instructions.
  • Present and correct inconsistencies with data as reviewed by the project team members.
  • Provide day-to-day administration and overall support of Deltek Vantagepoint.
  • Communicate technical issues and project updates to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Coordinate problem resolution with business customers, team members, and vendors.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in ERP system administration, preferably with Deltek products.
  • Proven experience in data mapping, extraction, and transformation activities.
  • Financial knowledge of AP, AR, GL, and payroll processes.
  • Experience with systems implementations and integrations, ideally with Workday, Concur, and Microsoft Power BI.
  • AEC industry experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems effectively.
  • Familiarity with change management processes and best practices for ERP development activities.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related discipline is required.

Compensation Range:

$88,771.00 - $118,361.00
