Family Services, based in Albuquerque's South Valley is interviewing for a
student to work part time supporting Administration, Human Resources and Fund
Development program. Minimum of 20 hours
per week based on your availability: Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM.
Excellent opportunity to obtain Administrative, Human Resources and Fund
Development experience.
PB&J
Family Services is a large child abuse prevention and treatment program with 4
sites throughout
Bernalillo & Sandoval County and more than 75 employees. The agency relies
on a small Development Department. The student that is selected will be
trained with responsibilities including:
*Provide Administrative and project support
*Assist with the coordination of various events
*May also assist with the creation and design of agency collateral material
such as newsletters, annual reports, information brochures, electronic media,
power point presentations etc.
*May manage donor database and ensure information is current and updated.
Run reports on donors and track
giving histories as well as monthly quarterly report on donations to
agency.
