The School of Architecture and Planning is seeking a dynamic and professional individual who demonstrates strength in writing and content creation, including knowledge of related skills such as graphic design, videography, social media and website content. The successful candidate will demonstrate an energetic and creative approach to communication strategies in marketing and public relations, a collaborative team spirit, and have a keen interest in the design disciplines and professions of architecture, planning and landscape architecture.
The School of Architecture and Planning is housed in George Pearl Hall on UNM's main campus. This unique facility was designed by internationally renowned architect Antoine Predock. The School offers the only professional accredited graduate degree programs in architecture, landscape architecture, and community and regional planning in the state of New Mexico. The School also offers graduate certificates in Historic Preservation & Regionalism and Urban Innovation. In addition, the School boasts the Indigenous Design and Planning Institute, the only institute in the United States focused on Native American and indigenous design and planning issues and concepts.
Bachelor's degree; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
