About Travel Retail

Travel Retail Americas oversees all Travel Retail operations across the Americas (over 900 points of sale) including airports, cruise ships, airlines, downtown duty-free stores, and border stores.

A DAY IN THE LIFE


Reporting to the KAM of Avolta the Account Manager will work alongside Regional Sales Directors to ensure execution of commercial activity under the multidivisional structure. The accomplishment must result in maximized retail sales and increased market share for the brands. Activities include following up of listings, sell out and market performance, stock, orders, forecast, inventory analysis, promotions, and additional analysis to support the Sales Directors responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of sales files (Sell-in & Sell-out) for all brands and in all clients.
  • Monthly Forecast analysis by brand, category, sku level
  • Build and analyze monthly stock equation, stock reports per brand, by location, identifying sell in opportunities.
  • Build suggested orders monthly for all brands, follow up on orders.
  • Follow up on Invoices, Credits/Promo items and Claims
  • Reporting (All brands)
    1. SO reporting Tool (monthly)
    2. Trend files Update & prepare
    3. Organize monthly SO calls with RBE's with all AM's
    4. Update zone deck slides/ Leadcom decks prep

WHO YOU ARE

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or International Business preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of previous professional experience in consumer goods or luxury goods in travel retail preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and establish priorities, independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent analytical skills, detail oriented and organized
  • Dominates Excel (advanced capabilities), and proficient in other MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Outlook) / SAP experience preferred
  • Team player, good communication skills
  • Appreciated previous titles: Sales Executive, Product Manager, Demand Planner

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good communication, time management, detail oriented, organized
