The Department of Dental Medicine has an exciting opportunity for an experienced full-time Admin Assistant to the Executive Director. As an important member the Admin Assistant will directly provide day to day support to the Department Chair and leadership.
The ideal candidate will have experience working at the executive
level in an academic or medical/dental administrative office. The successful
candidate will be able to act independently, with multiple ongoing priorities,
and demonstrate exceptional skill at anticipating needs based on existing
knowledge. The individual must be detail-oriented, an experienced multitasker
with a wide variety of technical skills, exceptionally well organized and outgoing.
Excellent oral and written communication skills must be demonstrated through
application materials and interviews. The ability to maintain confidentiality
is paramount.

High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
