Technical Product Manager (Product Owner), Flow

The Digital Thread Common Components team builds common components, shared services, and develop best practices that product teams can leverage to deliver support for Digital Thread use cases in a scalable, repeatable manner.

Building on our experience of Digital Product Traceability, which leverages ThingWorx Flow to enable the Digital Thread between PLM and ALM, the next phase of our evolution is to bring Flow capabilities to PTC's Atlas platform.

We are looking for an energetic technical product manager to join on team in Pune, India (or similar timezone) and act as product owner for Flow. In this role, you'll get to work on exciting technical challenges, deliver a great product and contribute to PTC's Saas transition, all while enabling our customers to do more with PTC products.

Your Day-To-Day

You will:

Work with Product Management to refine priorities Work with the product team to prepare implementation stories Organize work and coordinate interactions within the product team (PMs, Designers, Engineering and QA) Groom backlog with team members and maintain a sufficient queue of prioritized work Coordinate efforts with groups across organizational boundaries as needed Work with other members of the R&D team to ensure continued delivery of high-value product with exceptional quality.

Basic Qualifications

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering discipline or equivalent experience
  • A proven ability to break down product requirements into actionable backlog, and seeing it through to acceptance
  • Experience delivering SaaS products is preferred
  • Existing knowledge of PTC Windchill and/or ThingWorx is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
