Overview

Position: Digital Media Administrator
Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Salary Range: $21.83 - $26.83 per hour.
Clearance: Clearable to Q

The Digital Media Operations team is seeking a technical administrative support person who is willing to perform a wide range of tasks and a variety of general business-related activities. The ideal candidate will coordinate schedules and manage incoming customer requests to fulfill customer demands for both live streaming setup and media imports into content libraries. They will assist clients in understanding the services and technologies required for their needs.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, serving as the primary customer interface, regularly monitoring the customer helpline and entity email account for service requests, managing client communication, and overseeing content in multiple streaming libraries. Additionally, they will occasionally assist with the production of live streaming and video recording events, which would involve basic operation of video equipment.


Responsibilities:

* Demonstrated experience with administrative tasks and office environments.
* The ability to provide exceptional customer service and cultivate relationships across diverse organizational levels.
* Familiarity with and proficiency in general administrative services and activities.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, with demonstrated experience.
* Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and successfully complete on multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
* Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical staff.
* Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
* Attentive to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy Q security clearance.
  • An ideal candidate would possess a background in library science or traditional content management, providing them with the necessary expertise for effective management of digital assets.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and successfully complete on multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Attentive to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous content management experience, preferably with MediaSite platform.
  • Basic proficiency with various video equipment and minimal video production skills. Awareness of project management principles.
