The Office of Education, Undergraduate Medical Education is seeking a detail-conscious, highly organized individual to join our administrative support team. This person will be responsible for providing upper-level administrative support to Central Administration leadership and will be responsible for supporting various committees, including responsibility for coordinating meeting logistics, taking, and transcribing minutes, and uploading documents for committee review. Additionally, this position will assist with the recruitment and hiring of new staff within the OoE, UME departments as appropriate.
Additional duties include but are not limited to the following:
* Assisting with other projects as determined by the needs of the department's management.
* Coordinating travel arrangements for students and staff, processing reimbursements and will be responsible for a P-Card.
* This position will serve as a backup for departmental payroll.
* Assist with the recruitment and interview process within OoE, UME.
* Communicate expectations about the hiring process to job candidates.
* Serve as liaison between candidates and OoE, UME hiring departments.
* Coordinate staff events for OoE as appropriate.
